I was never far from my pencil crayons when I was a kid. I loved to draw and colour as most children do. I have been artistic all of my life in one way or another, but only recently did I start painting as a full time hobby. In 2024 I had the desire to buy a watercolour set, not knowing how often I would want to paint, I purchased something small and inexpensive.

It didn’t take long to discover that I really enjoyed painting. I found myself thinking about painting all the time, finding time to paint whenever I could. I immersed myself in the world of painter’s, both past and present. Learning about the rich history of visual arts in Canada gradually became another enjoyable and meaningful pastime.

Slowly my “style” is revealing itself. In my painter’s corner I will share not only my art, but also the journey of learning. It’s a colourful adventure and every day is a new chance to experience it to the fullest.
