Returns Policy
All sales are final. Engrooved Splash Photographic Arts does not accept returns or exchanges on any products or services, including but not limited to photographic prints, fine art reproductions, Giclée archival prints, scanned files, restoration work, and custom orders.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a clear error on our part (for example, incorrect file delivered or a defect caused during printing), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photographs of the damage or errors and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
We recommend reviewing all proofs and order details carefully before final approval. Custom work and services that have been started or completed are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
