Winter Inspired Paintings
As a Canadian, winter is a big part of life. I have always enjoyed winter and find it a very inspiring time of year. Every year I am mesmerized by the beautiful transformation of winter. I always get genuinely excited when the first snow gently falls, and I deeply cherish the serene peace it brings to the forest that surrounds me. The quiet stillness softly blankets the trees and the earth beneath, creating a magical atmosphere that fills me with a sense of wonder and calm.

A cool breeze blew across the small frozen pond and Sally was glad that she remembered to wear her cozy sweater. One more time around Buddy, then it’s home for some hot cocoa for me and new bone for you.

As the evening turned dark blue and the snow began to fall, you could just make sight of the dance in the distance. At first, the clouds took the lead with a swirl and a whirl of wintery white. With a splash, the snowy river followed with a swish and a swirl and so the dance began.
